Shipping policy

We offer delivery options via Lalamove as an additional service for customersโ€™ convenience. Lalamove is a third-party logistics provider, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Lalamove in any manner. While we will reasonably assist in coordinating the delivery, all delivery services are carried out solely by Lalamove, and any issues relating to delivery delays, driver conduct, loss, or damage during transit are subject to Lalamoveโ€™s policies and terms & conditions. We remain responsible for ensuring that the correct order is prepared and handed over in good condition prior to dispatch.

Deliveries are available from Monday to Sunday, excluding specific public holidays or special events. Delivery times are scheduled between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM. During peak seasons, deliveries may occur later than stated, and any updates will be communicated via our social media platforms. We do not offer specific time deliveries to ensure fairness to all customers.


Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address, recipientโ€™s contact number, and a valid daytime contact number at the time of placing the order. This allows us to contact you should any delivery issues arise.


No refunds will be issued once the flowers have been successfully delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Changes from delivery to self-pickup are not eligible for delivery fee refunds. Any delivery fee paid will instead be credited as store credit for future orders only.

If a delivery is re-routed at the request of the recipient or the customer, a re-delivery fee will apply. Due to the perishable nature of our products, delivery dates cannot be changed once the order has been processed and dispatched. Except in circumstances stated under Adverse Weather Conditions or Force Majeure, all deliveries will be completed within the specified delivery window.
