FAFA FLORIST guarantees that all flowers will be in optimal condition upon departure from our premises.ย 
Nevertheless, there may be instances where the flowers sustain damage during transit.
Flowers are highly perishable item, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns.
However, we do provide a refund to customers if the product delivered exhibits more than 50% wilted flowers.

It is important to note that any natural markings on the flowers should not be mistaken for signs of lack of freshness.

In the event of any concerns regarding the condition of product, we kindly ask customers to inform us immediately , within timeframe of 2 hours following by completion of the delivery.ย 
This allows us to promptly address any issues and provide appropriate assistance.
Any reports made after this time frame, as it becomes unreasonable to assess the productโ€™s condition hours later.
